This area is a great place for farming Crystallized Fire/Eternal Fire because the mobs spawn very quickly because it is a questing area. The drop rate for Crystallized Fire is about 20% and you usually get 2 when dropped. However you may get lucky and get drops from a few kill in a row but even with a 20% drop rate, it is a great place to farm because of the large quantity or mob and quick respawn times.
Depending on your server, Crystallized Fire with probably go for around 5g per 1, not a stack, but one individual Crystallized Fire. It is better to sell these individually and not in stacks, however you can collect 10 and then turn them into Eternal Fire, which are usually sold between 30g-40g a piece.
So in a hours time, you can easily make 200g-400g farming these and selling any trash items you find. It may not be the best place to farm in the game but its fun and reasonable place to farm at level 80.
